They are seeking to hire a Principal/Director to work within the Portfolio Management Group overseeing the management of our European properties and to sit on the board of the Luxembourg entities owning directly and indirectly these assets. The candidate is expected to have a background in making informed decisions related to real estate and being able to ask critical questions to gain a good understanding of any transaction or arrangement that is being brought to the board of managers for approval. Responsibilities: Oversee the asset management of a portfolio of European assets, implementing leasing, capex and operational strategies. Ensure the delivery of business plans and accurate quarterly reporting. Drive value creation initiatives, including refinancing, disposals and acquisitions. Review governing documents and contribute to board-level decision-making processes. Collaborate with various internal departments and external service providers to ensure the efficient execution of strategic decisions. Act as a board member of Luxembourg SPVs, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, regulatory and governance requirements.
Profil recherché15+ years of experience in real estate, with a background in commercial, financial, legal or a related field. Proven experience in decision-making and real estate asset management. Strong understanding of alternative investment structures and portfolio management. Experience with Luxembourg SPVs and corporate governance; board experience is preferred. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced degree in Finance, Law or equivalent professional experience. Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage. Must be a Luxembourg resident. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively. Flexibility regarding working hours and time commitment is required. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and professionalism combined with strong business acumen and pragmatism. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation.
