We are looking for an experienced and reslts-driven Relationship Manager & Bsiness Developer to spport or growth and frther develop or bsiness relationship and Independent Financial Advisors IFA client network, that is looking for a strong partner offering cstodian and transactional banking services, copled with credit soltions.

The position is based in Lxemborg, yo will join a team of ~1 Relationship Managers focsing on those specific activities, within the Wealth Management division of BIL.




Yor next challenge:

Develop yor book of clients, with a defined growth strategy, fostering on bilding both long-term and trstworthy relationships with IFA / EAM, leveraging or fll wealth management service's offering.

Cltivate existing relationships with IFA / EAM and end-clients, ensring the delivery of exceptional service, and driving bsiness growth throgh this existing client base.

Leverage the right internal experts (i.e. Credit Strctrer, KYC Officer, etc.) and collaborate across bsiness lines to secre bsiness leads.

Maintain an extensive knowledge of the crrent market conditions to detect and/or anticipate possible commercial opportnities for the cstomers

Attend internal and external events to develop yor network and client's portfolio.

Yor skills:

A relevant niversity backgrond in Finance

Minimm of 8 years of experience in a similar fnction.

A strong existing network of IFA / EAM in Lxemborg, France, K or any other contry.

A strong nderstanding of the IFA / EAM offering, inclding credit

Excellent interpersonal skills, an entreprenerial spirit

Proven ability to bild sstainable relationships internally and externally

Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close deals

Flent in English and French

Strongly client- and reslts-oriented

Rigoros, organized and methodical in cstomer approach actions

Willing and able to travel
