Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new-to-bank Privilege and Wealth Banking customers to grow portfolio and revenue.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Conduct needs-based financial consultations and recommend suitable banking, wealth, insurance, and lending solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, reviews, and advisory support.
• Manage sales pipeline, execute marketing campaigns, customer events, and outreach activities to drive acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and servicing experience.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, regulatory requirements, KYC standards, and risk management guidelines.
• Achieve individual sales, acquisition, and revenue targets while maintaining accurate customer and pipeline records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, business development, or financial services.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and acquisition targets.
• Experience in Retail Banking, Priority/Privilege Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services is an advantage.
• Strong sales, prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
• Good understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
