Job description

1. Design conversion strategies based on the user lifecycle, and optimize user experience at key touchpoints during the purchasing journey (e.g., homepage, campaign pages, etc.).

2. Collaborate with advertising and user acquisition teams to improve order placement and conversion rates across the entire user transaction journey.

3. Enhance user engagement, growth, and conversion through campaign and feature design (e.g., user tasks, sharing functions, etc.).

4. Work cross-functionally to coordinate R&D, design, and testing teams to deliver development tasks on schedule; track project progress to ensure product quality and timely launch.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in product manager roles.

2. Familiarity with online travel platforms or e-commerce industries; capable of independently conducting requirements research and product design.

3. Strong curiosity and self-motivation, innovative mindset, enjoys challenges, strives for excellence, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

4. Understand the fundamental principles of AI and seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into product design.
