Summary :

Process Executive must be the best-in-class customer service advisor by resolving the customer queries effectively and efficiently in both benefit enquiry stage and pre-claim journey

Job Description :

1. Handle enquiries through phone/email

2. Handle complex customer enquiries and escalations

3. Support supervisors in floor operations.

4. Coach, support and guide junior executives.

5. Monitor service quality and identify process improvements.

6. Handle high complexity and complaint cases.

Experience :

1. With 1 - 5 years of CS experience in insurance or financial industry

2. Good knowledge of Healthcare and medical insurance product

3. Good communication skills and professional telephone manner

4. Strong sense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust

Language : Must be Proficient in Cantonese (Written & Verbal)
