The ISSR Department is responsible for strengthening the security of the information system and CACEIS's resilience capabilities, in line with the company's strategy, client requirements, the regulatory environment, and the framework defined by the CACEIS Group.

You will be joining the team within the ISSR department, which is made up of Information Security & System (ISS), Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and User Access Management (UAM). The UAM team is made up of teams from Malaysia, France, Luxembourg, Germany and Ireland, primarily responsible for the user access rights management in CACEIS.

Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM Malaysia time

What will you do?

As a User Management Officer, you are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the user access management framework within the organization. In close collaboration with our global user management team, you will design and manage process-driven access solutions to support the Group's global operations.

• Manage user accounts, roles and permissions across various systems and applications
• Ensure timely and secure onboarding and offboarding of users, including access provisioning and de-provisioning
• Taking care of the continuous further development of the necessary processes, specifications and guidelines
• Implementing new solutions in coordination with IT, compliance and business stakeholders
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing relevant access reports and documentation
• Act as the first and main point of contact for business units, providing guidance on access best practices and tailored solutions
• Coordination with application owners and other business stakeholders to manage resolution to issues within access right
• Providing support and coverage for all regions, as part of the global team for queries/requests regardless of their location during the Malaysia Morning Hours

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or Management

Level of minimal experience
3-5 years

Experience

• Experience in User Access Management (UAM), at least 3-5 years
• Hands-on experience with user lifecycle management and provision of access rights
• Experience using ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with user lifecycle management and provision of access rights
• Problem-solving aptitude and good communication skills
• Experience working in a regulated or audit-focused environment
• Fluent in written and oral presentation

Technical skills required

Nice-to-have

• Experience in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, SoD framework and toxic rights combination is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Highly self-motivated with strong sense of initiative.
