Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Ondersteunen van ferro- en non-ferroschroottransacties, waarbij je zorgt voor correcte materiaalspecificaties, hoeveelheden, prijzen en commerciële voorwaarden.


• Coördineren van de dagelijkse activiteiten van de Inkoop & Verkoop Backoffice.


• Verwerken en opvolgen van inkoop- en verkooporders, contracten en bevestigingen.


• Opvolgen van leveringen en contractafspraken in samenwerking met Operations en Logistiek.


• Voorbereiden en controleren van facturen, creditnota's en commerciële documentatie.


• Opvolgen van afwijkingen met betrekking tot hoeveelheden, prijzen, materiaalkwaliteit of documentatie.


• Fungeren als belangrijke schakel tussen interne teams, leveranciers en klanten.


• Zorgen voor correcte gegevens in de relevante systemen en ondersteunen van commerciële rapportages.


• Identificeren van mogelijkheden om backofficeprocessen te verbeteren en te standaardiseren.


• Ondersteunen en coördineren van andere backofficemedewerkers waar nodig.

Jouw profiel

• Sterke kennis van en ervaring in de ferro- en non-ferroschrootsector is een zeer groot pluspunt.


• Meerdere jaren ervaring in commerciële administratie, inkoop, verkoopondersteuning of backofficeactiviteiten.


• Goede kennis van schrootmaterialen, materiaalstromen en marktpraktijken wordt sterk gewaardeerd.


• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail.


• Ervaring met ERP-systemen en commerciële documentatie.


• Proactieve, gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkwijze, met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

• Nederlands: vloeiend.


• Duits & Engels: een pré.
