CBRE is looking for an independent and commercially driven Flex Office Broker EMEA to further support and scale advisory services and transactions related to flexible office solutions across the EMEA region. This role offers a high degree of autonomy in managing international transactions within the serviced office sector, working closely with flex operators, and contributing to the continued development of CBRE's cutting-edge Flex platform.



As a Flex Office Broker EMEA, you will be responsible for managing your own transactions and initiatives on a day-to-day basis. In addition, you will proactively contribute to regional strategy, major client programs, and the ongoing enhancement of CBRE's flexible workplace offering.




Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized flex transactions across EMEA.


• Independently manage international flex assignments and mandates.


• Support large-scale and strategic flex transactions.


• Match client requirements with market availability through internal databases and strong relationships with operators.


• Coordinate and lead property viewings and negotiations.


• Deliver commercial value through in-depth market and operator expertise.

Strategic Support for Regional Flex Leadership

• Act as a trusted delivery partner to CBRE's EMEA Flex Hub in London.


• Support portfolio and multi-geography client programs.


• Contribute to the development of a scalable, sustainable, and repeatable flex delivery platform.


• Provide structured insights and reporting to regional management.

Business Development & Market Growth

• Serve as a regional subject matter expert in flexible workspace solutions.


• Proactively support account teams with flex market insights and industry trends.


• Support RFPs, client pitches, and strategic initiatives.


• Identify priority target groups and growth opportunities across EMEA.


• Support Occupier Accounts based in the Netherlands and act as the "voice of flex" towards clients, increasing awareness and generating new business opportunities.

Data, Knowledge & Platform Management

• Maintain strong relationships with flex operators across EMEA.


• Oversee flex availability inventories managed through the Shared Service Centre.


• Ensure accurate recording of transactions and reference data.


• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing.

Leadership & Ways of Working

• Operate with a high degree of independence.


• Act as a senior point of contact for junior colleagues.


• Demonstrate a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.

What Do You Bring?

• A completed Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a growth-oriented, solution-focused mindset.


• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or transaction management.


• Experience with flexible office solutions is preferred, along with strong stakeholder management skills.


• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills are an advantage.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commercial mindset and confidence in negotiations.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.


• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
