Wij zijn op zoek naar ervaren IAM Managers om ons Cybersecurity team te versterken. Als IAM Manager speel je een cruciale rol bij het implementeren en beheren van Identity and Access Management (IAM)-programma's voor onze klanten. Deze functie vereist een sterke technische achtergrond, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om business vraagstukken te vertalen naar technische implementaties. Voor deze rol zoeken we een senior profiel met expertise in Privileged Access Management of Identity Governance and Administration.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Leiden van Identity Governance-programma's en -projecten op basis van SailPoint, Saviynt of OneIdentity.
• Leiden van Privileged Access-programma's of -projecten op basis van CyberArk.
• Coördineren en brainstormen met verschillende stakeholder's om business vraagstukken te vertalen naar technische implementaties.
• Technische teams aansturen bij de implementatie van grootschalige IAM-transformaties.
• Deskundig advies geven over IGA- of PAM-best practices.
• Optreden als vertrouwde adviseur voor onze klanten in Nederland.
• IAM-collega's begeleiden en coachen om hen succesvol te maken in IAM-projecten.
• Relaties onderhouden met SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity of CyberArk.
• Zorgen voor naleving van beveiligingsnormen.
• Ondersteunen van IAM-gerelateerde business development activiteiten.

Vereiste vaardigheden en kwalificaties:

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Cyber Security, IT, Computerwetenschappen of een gelijkwaardig diploma.
• Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands.
• Uitstekende communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
• Vermogen om moeilijke stakeholdermanagementsituaties te navigeren en te werken in complexe organisaties.
• Vermogen om op vertrouwen gebaseerde relaties op te bouwen met klantbelanghebbenden en op te treden als een vertrouwde partner.

Ervaring:

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in IAM business analysis, engineering of consultancy.
• Bewezen ervaring in het managen van teams en stakeholders.
• Bewezen expertise in IAM-project-/programmamanagement.
• Ervaring met business development en/of sales.
• Kennis van Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, Omada) of Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) en/of Customer Identity (Auth0)

Certificeringen:

• Certificeringen in SailPoint, Saviynt of OneIdentity.
• Certificeringen in CyberArk.
• Prince / ITIL / PMP.
• SABSA- of TOGAF-frameworks.
• CISSP.
