Network Engineer - Amsterdam
Salary: €75,000 - €120,000 + 100% bonus
Job description: Client One of the world's leading global proprietary electronic market makers; trading on over 50 exchanges around the world, headquartered in Amsterdam.
Role The trading systems are high performant and low latency; responding to the market events in nanoseconds with extremely low error tolerance.
You will be responsible for designing, maintaining and improving their networks; performing at optimal levels under all conditions. From tweaking and optimising, to troubleshooting to long-term strategic projects, no two days will be the same.
Skills and Experience Required - Strong network and performance monitoring skills
- Experience with low-latency networking
- Automatic deployment experience, e.g. Ansible
- Good communication skills in a fast-paced environment
