Profile:

-Minimm 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Instittions, experience in FndIndstry is an asset

- Client-focsmindset & Experience in Client commnication (at least years)

- Knowledgeof MS Office on basic level

- Excellent commnication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Ability to co-operate and inflence others withot having a direct reporting line

- Ability to bild strong and sstainable relationships with stakeholders

- Analytical thinking and attention to details

- Self-motivation, willingness to learn, passion for development in Client service area

- Project-related experience will be an asset

- Knowledge of Allfnds systems and data related to operational activities will be an asset

- Flent English

- Additional langage (Spanish, German, French, Italian) will be an asset




Yor role in the team

Platinm Client Services Team (PCS) is a dedicatedteam servicing Allfnds' strategic clients. The team is an integral partof end-to-end Service Delivery to clients, partnering closely with internalstakeholders and external clients. Reglar client contact necessitatesappropriate client mindset and great commnication skills. Complex client needsreqire finding soltions in a time sensitive manner to achieve desiredotcomes.



The objectives of the Platinm Client Services Team:

- Deliver sperior client experience

- Proactively improve established processes to ensreclient service satisfaction (ex. Incident Management)

- Strengthen the cooperation between internal teams toimprove qality and response time to clients



The team aims at improving commnication bothinternally and externally, set clearer roles and responsibilities to betteralign resorces to bild stronger client relationships, enhance the Allfndsbrand and reptation, ensre greater revene retention and provide for more newbsiness opportnities.

Key responsibilities inclde:

- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with Platinm Clients by ensring high level of service delivery

- Spport development of services and processes to address Clients' needs and proposing ideas for service improvements

- Take part in/coordinate varios initiatives by being an intermediary between Clients and different internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, Compliance, Treasry etc.)

- Cooperate closely with internal Teams across all Allfnds' locations

- Participate in varios meetings, workshops with Clients (incl. operational reviews/isses resoltions/De Diligence,training sessions etc.)
