Join Simon-Kcher's global IT organization as part of the IT Secrity, Compliance, Adit & Revision (SCAR) team and help strengthen the way we manage information secrity, compliance, and adit processes across or international bsiness.

In this role, yo will contribte to a growing governance fnction that plays a key part in protecting or IT environment, spporting certification activities, and enabling secre, compliant operations worldwide. The SCAR team is expanding towards a target size of 15 professionals and is led by an experienced IT Secrity Manager and Director. The team is crrently growing towards a target size of 15 professionals and is led by a dedicated IT Secrity Manager and Director. This role can be performed flly remotely within Poland.



The salary for this position ranges from PLN 5 to PLN 6 gross/month (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Adit Planning & Docmentation: Plan adits by analyzing Information Secrity standards, inclding ISO 71: and TISAX, defining adit scope, maintaining relevant adit cataloges, and drafting adit plans within the assigned area of responsibility.

IT, Secrity & Service Provider Adits: Perform adits in accordance with approved adit plans covering internal Simon-Kcher processes and assets, external service providers, IT systems, infrastrctre, processes, and Information Secrity Management activities.

Physical Secrity Adits: Condct on-site or virtal adits of physical secrity controls, inclding occasional travel to Simon-Kcher offices worldwide.

Adit Findings & Risk Management: Docment and classify adit findings, enabling process owners, asset owners, and decision-makers to develop mitigation measres and implementation plans, while contribting to Simon-Kcher's risk register and collaborating with IT Compliance colleages and risk owners.

Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration: Report to the Director of the IT Compliance Grop, contribte to adit reporting for the CTO, and collaborate with IT Compliance colleages and relevant stakeholders throghot the adit process, inclding involvement in certification adits.

Yor profile:

Edcation: niversity degree or formal edcation in informatics, bsiness informatics, IT secrity, or a related field.

Professional Backgrond: At least for to five years of experience in a similar role within an international organization and global corporate environment.

Adit Qalifications: Relevant edcation, training, or professional development as an Aditor or Senior Aditor in Information Secrity, IT Secrity, or Cyber Secrity.

Adit Standards Expertise: Practical experience aditing against ISO 7x standards, BSI Grndschtz, SOC Type II, TISAX or similar Information Secrity and Information Secrity Management frameworks.

Adit Certifications: Certifications related to Information Secrity Aditing are considered a pls.

Adit Planning & Exection: Experience in planning adits, defining adit scopes, selecting appropriate adit methodologies, leading aditees throgh the adit process, and estimating the effort reqired for adit preparation, exection, docmentation, and reporting.

Risk Management: Experience in risk management and familiarity with risk management terminology and methodologies.

Commnication & Stakeholder Management: Very good commnication skills and the ability to gide stakeholders throgh the adit process in a clear and timely manner.

Langages: Advanced proficiency in English. German (B1 level or higher) is nice to have.

Organization & Self-Management: Strong initiative, self-starter mentality, analytical thinking, and solid organizational, time management, and reslt-driven working skills to operate effectively in a global environment.

Professional Ethics: High ethical standards in aditing, inclding maintaining confidentiality, avoiding conflicts of interest, and condcting adits and reporting objectively and independently.
