About the Role:
As a CBRE Transaction Manager,
This job is part of the Advisory & Transactions, Transaction Management team
- providing strategic and financial analysis predominantly for large global companies headquartered in the US;
- ensuring that best in class practices, market intelligence and feasibility are all baked into financial analysis development and rollout;
- bringing challenging ideas and strong business acumen
What You'll Do:
- Manage a portion of the portfolio and associated transactions by adhering to critical dates and identifying opportunities through benchmarking exercises and current market knowledge
- Provide recommendations on the brokerage team, and once approved, ensure they are onboarded and informed of the client's requirements and processes
- Oversee and monitor brokers' performance throughout each project phase
- Manage the brokers' fee budget by providing regular updates in the client's files and internal CBRE systems
- Coordinate and lead regular project and work-in-progress calls to ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned on project status and strategy
- Support customer relationship management with regional operational leaders, the business operations team, and external service providers
- Effectively liaise with Lease Administration team to ensure information is provided accurately and in a timely manner (e.g. lease abstracts or information updates as required)
- Actively collaborate with CBRE local FM teams on a regular basis to present a one-team approach to the client
- Coordinate and conduct Semi-Annual and Annual Account Reviews.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience
- Previous Lease Admin/Transaction Management experience is an advantage
- Client Relationship Management: Own and manage specific client relationships, oversee team members, and handle contractual issues. Address all but the most sensitive issues with clients or third parties
- Advanced Communication Skills: Clearly explain complex ideas and data to different stakeholders
- Adherence to Processes and Attention to Detail: Follow established procedures meticulously to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
- TM Acumen: Understand client needs and identify solutions that add value and generate additional revenue
- Experience with Multiple Stakeholders: Work with different groups, including real estate, Facilities Management (FM), and business teams
- Good Time Management and Prioritization Skills
- Flexible approach to work
- Proficiency in English
