Working Stdent with Power BI

We are crrently looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded Working Stdent with Power BI to join or Knowledge Management team on a part-time basis. This role is particlarly sited to someone who already has hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and wold like to frther develop their skills while taking responsibility for real reporting soltions sed across an international organization.

Yo will spport the maintenance and frther development of or Knowledge Management reporting environment, inclding dashboards sed to monitor project completion, knowledge contribtion, compliance, and other key KM processes. Yo will work with Power BI reports, nderlying datasets and data sorces, trobleshoot reporting isses, and help s continosly improve the qality and sability of or dashboards.

As the role involves reglar interaction with colleages from different contries and seniority levels, flent English is essential.

How yo will create an impact:

Maintain and frther develop existing Power BI reports and dashboards sed by the Knowledge Management team and other internal stakeholders.

nderstand existing Power BI data models and make controlled changes to reports, calclations, filters, measres and visalizations.

Work with Power Qery and DAX to maintain existing transformations, calclations and reporting logic.

Monitor report and dataset refreshes, investigate errors and trobleshoot isses when data is missing, otdated or displayed incorrectly.

Work with data originating from sorces sch as SharePoint lists and libraries, Excel files and other Microsoft 365 soltions.

Maintain report docmentation, inclding information on data sorces, calclations, filters, refresh logic and report prpose.

Collaborate closely with Knowledge Management colleages to nderstand bsiness reqirements and translate them into practical reporting soltions.

Yor profile:

Yo are flent in English and are comfortable commnicating professionally in an international working environment.

Yo already have practical experience working with Microsoft Power BI.

Yo are comfortable working with existing Power BI reports and have a good nderstanding of how reports, datasets and data models work together.

Yo have practical knowledge of Power Qery and can nderstand and modify existing data-transformation steps.

Yo have practical knowledge of DAX and can nderstand, trobleshoot and adjst existing measres and calclated colmns.

Yo nderstand basic principles of data modelling, relationships, filtering and data qality.

Yo are comfortable investigating why a dashboard or calclation prodces an nexpected reslt rather than only creating visalizations.

Experience working with SharePoint lists, SharePoint docment libraries, Excel or Microsoft 365 data sorces is an advantage.

Yo are crrently completing a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in a field related to data analytics, bsiness intelligence, information systems, bsiness, economics or a comparable discipline.

Yo demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a clear soltion-oriented mindset.

Yo are willing to learn the bsiness context behind the data rather than treating reporting as a prely technical exercise.

What we are specifically looking for
This position is intended to spport an existing Power BI reporting environment. We are therefore looking for someone who can become prodctive with the crrent dashboards relatively qickly.
Yo do not need to be an advanced Power BI developer, bt yo shold already be confident enogh to open an existing report, nderstand its strctre, trace data and calclations, make changes, trobleshoot common isses and take ownership of its maintenance and development.
Flent English and practical Power BI experience are therefore essential for this position.
