Provides front-of-house, reception, and administrative support for the Riyadh office. Acts as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at all times while supporting smooth day-to-day office operations, meeting coordination, and the establishment of high front-of-house standards in a new office environment.




Reception and Front of House



  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at all times.

  • Greet, register, and direct visitors, managing access protocols and maintaining accurate visitor logs.

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Manage meeting room bookings, calendars, and appointments, ensuring efficient coordination across teams.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception and front-of-house area at all times.

  • Support meeting room readiness, including basic setup and ensuring rooms remain tidy and functional.

  • Coordinate courier bookings, incoming and outgoing deliveries, and maintain appropriate logs where required.

  • Monitor and manage reception supplies, stationery, and pantry items, placing orders where required.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and an organised front-of-house environment.




Service and Communication



  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service with a calm, professional, and approachable demeanour.

  • Communicate confidently in both Arabic and English, written and verbal.

  • Handle enquiries and issues efficiently, resolving where possible and escalating appropriately.

  • Demonstrate strong organisation, prioritisation, and multitasking capability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and basic document preparation as required.

  • Build positive working relationships with visitors, colleagues, and service providers to support a professional office environment.




Office Operations and Riyadh Workplace Expectations



  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and professionalism aligned to Saudi business etiquette, including respectful greetings, formal communication, and appropriate dress standards.

  • Show patience, adaptability, and professionalism in a relationship-oriented and hierarchical business environment.

  • Be mindful of prayer times, local customs, and scheduling considerations when coordinating meetings and visitor access.

  • Support the establishment of front-of-house processes, helping define and embed reception standards and ways of working.

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining visitor management procedures, access protocols, and security practices from day one.

  • Act as a central point of coordination for building-related queries, including directions, facilities, and meeting spaces, particularly during initial occupancy.

  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in front desk operations and proactively suggest improvements.

  • Work closely with facilities, IT, and security teams to support a smooth operational setup and ongoing office experience.

  • Provide a polished and consistent first impression while the office environment and processes are still bedding in.
