We're partnering with an innovative fintech company transforming the future of fund distribution and tokenized assets. They are looking for a Business Development Lead to drive strategic partnerships, expand distribution channels, and grow institutional relationships across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage partnerships with wealth platforms, broker-dealers, exchanges, neobanks, and other distribution channels.
2. Source and onboard fund managers and strategic partners to drive business growth.
3. Lead commercial negotiations and manage deals from origination through execution.
4. Work closely with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver successful partner integrations.
5. Track market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments within digital assets and capital markets.
6. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular commercial updates to leadership.

Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales within capital markets, fintech, financial services, or digital assets.
2. Strong understanding of fund distribution, investment products, or financial market infrastructure.
3. Proven ability to originate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

1. Experience in fund administration, transfer agency, custody, or tokenization.
2. Exposure to blockchain, digital assets, or institutional crypto.
3. Startup experience with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
