• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Track key MAS and SGX regulatory metrics daily, while preparing and filing all mandatory regulatory submissions on time.

• Financial Oversight & Closing Controls: Manage period-end close procedures and enforce robust financial controls.

• Performance Analysis & Management Reporting: Conduct detailed financial evaluation of business metrics to build clear management reports for local leadership and global business units.

• Audit & Governance Support: Assist senior management with internal and external entity audits, regulatory reviews, and governance frameworks.

• Group & ALM Reporting: Support the evaluation of group financial packages and assemble comprehensive materials for Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) meetings.

• Tax Operations: Oversee quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings, assist with annual corporate income tax returns, and collaborate with external advisors on transfer pricing documentation.

skills and requirements

• Direct background in financial analysis, regulatory compliance, or financial controlling functions.

• Proven expertise in MAS and SGX regulatory reporting frameworks.

• Strong working knowledge of GST filings, corporate tax returns, and transfer pricing principles.

• Hands-on experience with month-end financial closing processes, internal controls, and audit support.

• Sound understanding of Asset and Liability Management (ALM) structures and group consolidation packages.
