A leading life insurer is looking for a commercially minded leader to take ownership of its High Net Worth value proposition and drive its successful execution ; delivering a differentiated client experience. What you'll do

• Execute the HNW segment strategy and initiatives to deepen share of wallet and strengthen client loyalty
• Implement and refine value propositions that meet sophisticated client needs while delivering profitable outcomes
• Drive tangible improvements across the full client journey from pre-sales, sales, service and claims to deliver premium, seamless experiences.
• Work closely with Distribution, Product, Marketing and external partners to launch tailored solutions, campaigns and events that convert and engage
• Own P&L performance tracking, competitive analysis and portfolio quality for the HNW segment
• Equip distribution teams with practical tools, education and support to serve HNW clients effectively

What we're looking for

• Must bring strong experience in HNW proposition, segment management or wealth-related roles within insurance or financial services industry,
• Proven track record of executing initiatives that drive growth, profitability and client experience results in the HNW segment.
• Commercial mindset , ability to work cross-functionally and work in agile environment;
• Solid understanding of HNW client needs, wealth structuring and multi-channel distribution.
