Morgan McKinley is partnering with a global MNC client in the electronics industry to identify an Marketing Executive (e-commerce) to manage and execute their online marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for running multi-channel campaigns, overseeing daily marketplace operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing customer data to drive traffic and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated e-commerce marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to increase site traffic and generate sales revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute online campaigns, aligning on pricing, catalog updates, sales maximization strategies, and inventory management.
- Work closely with the internal team to liaise with creative and e-commerce vendors, ensuring all marketing communications and collaterals strictly align with brand guidelines.
- Provide hands-on copywriting support for marketing collaterals and digital assets.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of online marketplaces and actively manage the end-to-end online customer journey.
- Manage platform chatbots and digital touchpoints to provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Conduct continuous day-to-day campaign monitoring and perform thorough post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness.
- Analyze online customer shopping behavior to deliver clear, actionable insights on customer development and engagement.
- Perform monthly sales tracking, inventory reviews, and purchase management.
- Degree in Marketing or Business with 2 to 5 years of online sales and e-commerce experience
- Knowledge in integrated multi-channel campaigns, D2C tactics like flash sales, livestreams, copywriting, and email marketing.
- Ability to analyze customer shopping behavior and track key online
- Strong skills in coordinating with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies
