Join a Life Insurance Group in their APAC office with full accountability for strategy, financial performance, and governance for assigned India market portfolio. You will perform as the single point of contact for value creation, partner alignment (including bank partners/co-promoters), and delivery of business outcomes. What you'll do:

Own overall strategy, P&L and governance for the India BU.
Interface with senior stakeholders and Board-level counterparts to shape and support decision-making.
Lead value-creation, partnership strategy, capital actions, and business transformation initiatives.

What we're looking for:

15-18 years in strategy, corporate development, or investment within life insurance/financial services.
Strong bancassurance experience and deep knowledge of the India insurance market.
Proven ability to engage at CXO, Board and shareholder levels; excellent commercial judgment and stakeholder management.
