Job Summary

Responsible for acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and strengthening existing client relationships while delivering quality service and achieving agreed business targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable financial solutions.


• Build and maintain client relationships through regular engagement and relevant market updates.


• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.


• Develop monthly business plans with the relevant manager to achieve business and client acquisition targets.


• Participate in marketing activities and deliver presentations to prospective clients.


• Provide after-sales support and implement client retention initiatives.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business opportunities.


• Comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management controls, including anti-money laundering procedures.

 Requirements

• Relevant RNF and CFMAS certifications, where applicable to the role.


• Experience in client acquisition, business development, or relationship management.


• Experience managing client portfolios, preferably involving high-net-worth individuals.


• Knowledge of financial products, including treasury products, equities, investment funds, and insurance.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.


• Ability to achieve business targets while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
