Senior/Manager, Cyber Security Operations
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Job Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of security engineers to conduct cybersecurity operations and incident response
- Act as the primary Incident manager during an incident
- Working with internal stakeholders such as network and system team for investigations and cybersecurity planning
- Design and implement cybersecurity policies and process for Engineering
- Design and manage the operations of cybersecurity defences and solutions
- To lead and manage the vulnerability management efforts in Engineering
- Working with stakeholders such as Regulatory and Cybersecurity Governance for compliance requirement
- To lead and conduct readiness preparation for cybersecurity audits
- To conduct cybersecurity awareness training for Engineering
- To provide ad-hoc cybersecurity consultancy to network and system teams in Engineering
- To build the cybersecurity practice and capabilities in Engineering
- Keep abreast of new cybersecurity threats
Job Requirements: - Minimum 6 years of experience in IT or Telecommunication Domains
- Minimum 3 Years of experience working in any cybersecurity field
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT/Engineering or equivalent
- Professional accreditation not limited to CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, GCIA or GCIH will be an advantage
- Candidates with hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains (e.g. security management, threat monitoring, threat hunting, incident handling and investigation) will be an added advantage
- Good analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to think out of the box for workaround solutions
- Enjoy working with multiple parties to achieve the desired cybersecurity outcomes
- Good oral and written communication skills
