As the Senior HR Executive in Singapore, you work towards delivering HR talent strategies, devising innovative solutions and advising on a wide spectrum of people issues by working with HR teams in China
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to recruit and develop local team, including office headcount planning, end to end recruitment process, onboarding and off-boarding process, and conduct training and orientation for newcomers.
Provide the strategic approaches to attract, motivate, and retain talents. Provide advice on organization structure, workforce planning, and compensation and benefits policies. Overall the performance management process, promotion process, salary review, bonus cycle, employee engagement events and etc.
Develop and interpret HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs always ensuring alignment with HQ for local business needs.
Work closely with HQ SSC Department or agency on employee relations issues, and apply appropriate policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
Undertake any other tasks/projects initiated by the Office Manager or HQ.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience as HR generalist or BP.
Experience in the local e-commerce or fashion & beauty industry is preferred.
Ability to understand and manage cultural diversity of workforce and stakeholders
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and ability to handle sensitive situations.
