Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire a Showroom Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts, cultivating strong client relationships, and closing strategic sales opportunities. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Key Reponsibilities:

• Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new sales leads into key accounts.
• Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and deliver customized product solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations to finalize sales, delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of sales activities and deal stages within the CRM.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to drive collective performance.
• Continuously expand product expertise and refine high-level sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience (exposure to Lighting Sales or Interior Design preferred).
• Proven background in managing, guiding, and scaling a sales team.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with advanced negotiation and closing abilities.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales data analysis.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
