The Role
- Prepare credit applications, risk assessments, and financial/sensitivity analyses for a portfolio of structured, project, and blended finance transactions
- Distil complex credit structures into clear, approver-ready applications
- Manage timely circulation, review, and approval of credit applications and consent requests
- Partner closely with Credit and origination teams; respond promptly to credit-related queries
- Provide regular portfolio updates and escalate material risks to Team Lead/Head of CPM
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across the portfolio; support audit and remediation efforts
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting to regulators, head office, and internal stakeholders
- Work both independently and collaboratively, sharing knowledge and best practices
What You'll Need
- 7-10 years in credit analysis and portfolio management, with structured/project finance as a core strength; digital infrastructure exposure a plus
- Strong credit judgment across complex capital structures, collateral pools, and bespoke financing
- High proficiency in financial modelling, cashflow projections, and sensitivity analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven stakeholder management with senior stakeholders, credit committees, and control functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
