We are continosly looking forentreprenerial-driven gradating interns to spport or Global Advisory ("GA")team. Yo will work in the GA department focsed on providing tailor-made lendingsoltions and corporate advisory (M&A, eqity and debt advisory) to orclients ot of or location in Zrich. The position is available from Janary 6. In view of the contined sccess of or GAteam a sccessfl internship cold convert into an analyst position.




Responsibilities

Researching and analyzing company & indstry data

Financial modelling aimed at both company valation and capitalisation scenarios

Preparing pitch books and internal memos

Writing client presentations and transaction materials

Assisting in all aspects of the exection of financing and corporate finance advisory transactions

Yor Profile

Degree in Corporate Finance and / or finalizing stdies

Prior internship experience in Corporate Finance

Solid knowledge of strctred finance, capital markets and corporate finance (capital strctre, valation etc.)

Highly motivated, hardworking and willingness to learn combined with otstanding service and client orientation

Able to work atonomosly and in a team

Precise, organized with a good ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines

Team player with a high level of flexibility, initiative and enthsiasm

Strong analytical and conceptal skills combined with the ability to qickly nderstand complex bsiness topics

Able to mlti-task and work nder pressre while keeping client focs

Strong IT skills: in particlar Excel & PowerPoint, Bloomberg knowledge a strong asset

Flent in English and German, French a pls
