Your role



Interested in working in finance, specifically with private, corporate and institutional clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. You'll get to:

• build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy

• support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction

• coordinate projects with various stakeholders and acquire know-how in project management and business development




Your team



You'll be working in our Executives and Entrepreneurs team. Our core clients are wealthy private individuals with an entrepreneurial background. We are looking forward to gaining new impulses and perceive your passion while working with you.




Your expertise



We're looking for a candidate who:

• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)

• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date

• has no more than two years of full-time work experience

• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

• Is fluent in German
