We are looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join our Mid Market Investment Banking team to:
• work as part of a deal team on the origination and execution of high-profile mandates
• coordinate transaction processes and interact with various stakeholders
• work on marketing materials and perform a broad range of analyses
• build and review financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and other quantitative analyses
• contribute to the training and development of junior team members

The team

You'll be working in Zurich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business (part of the Investment Bank), within our Swiss Mid Market Investment Banking team. We advise mid-sized corporations, entrepreneurs and private equity funds on their strategic development and financing activities, including M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions as well as leveraged buyouts.

Your skills and experience

• motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines
• strong financial analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality materials under tight timelines
• solid corporate finance knowledge, including accounting and valuation techniques
• an excellent academic track record and strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus
• 3 -5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / M&A / Corporate Finance
