Your role

We're looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join our Mid-Market team to:
• work as part of a deal team on the origination and execution of high-profile mandates
• support on process coordination and interactions with various stakeholders
• work on marketing materials and various analyses
• contribute to the team's financial modelling and valuation exercises
• conduct research activities including market and company analysis

Your team

You'll be working in Zürich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business (part of the Investment Bank), within our Swiss Mid-Market Investment Banking team. We advise Swiss mid-sized corporations, entrepreneurs and private equity funds on their strategic development and financing activities, including M&A, debt and capital raisings as well as leveraged buyouts.

Your expertise

• motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines
• in-depth financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly
• solid corporate finance knowledge of accounting and valuation techniques
• an excellent academic track-record and strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Investment Banking / M&A
