Our client, a global and very well established investment management group are currently looking to make the addition of a Business Transformation Manager to their team. The group, which invests in a number of areas including technology and real estate, have an excellent track record and are currently planning a number of new acquisitions for the coming year - making it a very exciting time to join!
As the Business Transformation Manager, you will immediately be afforded plenty of responsibility whilst leading on a major transformation programme over the next 12 - 18 months. The transformation will be focused on the CFO function which includes areas such as finance, operations and treasury. As a newly created position within the fund, there will be plenty of autonomy available and is a fantastic opportunity for a transformation / change specialist with experience of finance transformation within the alternatives or asset management space to really make an impact and become an integral member of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Development and delivery of solutions to improve automation and efficiency
- Development and delivery of solution to improve business insights
- End to end process design across the CFO function
- Map and define critical processes and issues
- Driving simplification and standardisation of systems and processes
YOUR PROFILE - Previous finance transformation experience
- Experience working within the alternatives or asset management industry
- Experience and knowledge of structuring is highly desirable
- A team player who is able to adapt in a fast moving environment
