Our client is a leading Healthcare Private Equity firm which is looking to hire a Finance and Operations Associate. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to work across a wide array of tasks such as portfolio monitoring, investor relations and fund finance as well as ESG reporting and group operations. • Management of the platform for the monitoring of investments
• Preparation of periodic internal reporting with respect to the portfolio, working closely with the investment team
• Support with the collection of ESG/impact data in respect of portfolio companies
• Preparation of materials for investor updates (including fund AGMs and fundraising)
• Day-to-day management of the relationship with the fund administrators
• Day-to-day management of annual fund audits
• Support in preparation of quarterly valuations
• Support with ongoing investor reporting and requests

Who we are looking for

• Qualified accountant
• High attention to detail and willingness to take accountability
• Strong ability to communicate with important stakeholders
• Strong self-motivation and proactivity, with a desire to make a difference
• Fast learner, with a proven ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
• A background in healthcare or science would be desirable
