twentyAI is partnered with a world renowned private bank that has been going through strong growth over the last few years. The business is seeking an accomplished financial accountant to support its financial control team.

Responsibilities:

Ownership over monthly statutory accounts preparation for one or more business portfolio areas (e.g. Derivatives, Loans, Financial Assets, Bonds, Intangibles and Software)
BAU month end responsibilities including financial reporting and analysis
Helping drive process and system improvement work including automation of reporting frameworks
Facing off and owning relationships with external auditors
Ensure strong controls are in place over critical treasury booking functions
Helping to drive change projects with finance and non-finance impact

Role Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (2/3 years PQE)
Technical accounting experience within financial services is essential
Experience with technical accounting standards such as FRS102 is highly desirable
Experience with finance change/automation initiatives very useful to have
Must be highly collaborative and comfortable rolling up the sleeves during busy periods
