Role Summary

This is a high-impact leadership role sitting at the heart of our Data & Analytics assurance function.

As the Senior Attestations and Client Audit Manager, you will lead the global Data & Analytics Attestations and Client Audit function, defining the assurance strategy and overseeing client audit and attestation activities across a complex and evolving technology landscape. You will play a critical role in strengthening client trust, demonstrating operational resilience and shaping how clients, regulators and external auditors assess the effectiveness of our control environment.

Working across a global organisation, you will drive assurance activities that support regulatory compliance, enable business growth and reinforce confidence in our products and services.

You won't just oversee audits and attestations. You'll influence decisions, drive accountability, strengthen controls and help shape the future of assurance across Data & Analytics!

What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead the global Data & Analytics Attestations and Client Audit function, setting strategy, building organisational capability and driving a consistent, high-quality assurance programme across multiple regions.
  • Lead, coach and develop a globally distributed team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Data & Analytics and the broader organisation to drive strategic priorities and delivery excellence.
  • Champion integrity, transparency, accountability and strong risk and control behaviours.
  • Drive automation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of assurance activities.
Client Audit & Attestation Management
  • Own and drive the end-to-end client audit programme across Data & Analytics.
  • Serve as the primary client audit representative and trusted point of contact for clients, account teams and external auditors.
  • Lead attestation programme, ISAE 3000 engagements, ensuring successful planning, execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate DORA audit planning, stakeholder engagement, evidence collection and responses to findings.
  • Drive continuous improvement in audit readiness, assurance processes and the overall client experience.
Risk, Controls & Governance
  • Own and drive DORA Client Audit readiness across Data & Analytics, partnering with Product, Engineering and Risk teams to ensure controls, evidence, governance and documentation are audit-ready and support successful client assurance outcomes.
  • Lead the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of technology risk and control frameworks.
  • Maintain oversight of control documentation, process flows, risk and control matrices (RCMs) and assurance artefacts.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams to embed effective controls and strengthen the overall control environment.
  • Drive governance activities and provide clear, actionable reporting and insights to senior partners.
Regulatory Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Product and Technology teams to support evolving regulatory and client assurance requirements.
  • Monitor emerging assurance standards, industry developments and regulatory expectations, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
  • Educate business and technology stakeholders on attestation readiness, control expectations and assurance standard methodologies.
  • Influence collaborators at all levels to strengthen risk management and control effectiveness.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, auditors and senior leaders across the organisation.
What We're Looking For

Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in Risk Assurance, Technology Audit, IT Risk or Internal Audit within Financial Services, Consulting or other regulated environments.
  • Solid understanding of DORA, SOC reporting, ISAE 3000/3402, COBIT, NIST and technology risk and control frameworks.
  • Experience managing client audits, attestations or assurance programmes.
  • Experience assessing technology, data or market infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and challenge senior partners and collaborators.
Skills & Leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Information Security, risk management and technology controls.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams in complex environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent documentation skills, including control narratives, RCMs, audit reporting and governance materials.
  • Ability to translate complex technical, risk and regulatory concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Desirable
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CIA or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting FCA, SEC, ESMA, DORA or other regulatory audits, assurance reviews and operational resilience initiatives.
  • Exposure to Operational Resilience, Information Security, Technology Risk, Control Assurance or technology governance frameworks.
