Head of FX, Payments and FinTech
Our client, a high growth FinTech with a global footprint & a leading e-commerce platform, are looking to add headcount to their growing flexible finance vertical. Their software platform enables partners to extend their value propostion by offering a fully white-labelled solution to meet merchant requirements. They're an industry leader in delivering innovative solutions to the financial services sector both in the UK & Internationally.
The Role:
- To improve access to key strategic partners within Europe
- To source and nurture partnerships with partners with access to significant SME/merchant portfolios
- You will have an existing network of regulated financial institutions and/or ecommerce platforms and marketplaces
- You will spearhead the acquisition of new introducers to your portfolio through all sales channels
- You will work with the wider team to deliver an acquisition strategy across Europe using all tools at your disposal
- You will assist with general analysis/reporting on client/partner/business network activity on a weekly and monthly basis
Your Profile
- You excel in a target-driven, sales environment and consistently deliver against KPIs
- Possess excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to build and manage a pipeline and your diary as an organised self-starter
- An experienced networker with entrepreneurial spirit
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant sector
- Experience working with c-suite in large organisations
- Comfortable working with complex commercial finance products
- Ability to communicate effectively with c-suite headcount in large financial organisations
- Strong presentation skills
- Language skills a bonus
