A global alternative asset manager is looking to hire a Tax Associate to join their business, based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tax professional to provide advice on international tax matters and assist with corporate tax compliance obligations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that ongoing tax related matters have been considered
- Ensure that structures are implemented
- Monitor and advise on changes to international tax matters
- Communicate the implications of new legislation
- Implementation of tax risk management processes
- Ensure that all direct and indirect returns are prepared and submitted
Experience:
- Experience of working on tax projects across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience of tax compliance and transfer pricing is preferred
- Familiarity with accounting principles, (e.g., UK or US GAAP. CA / ACA preferred)
- Must be well versed in Excel
Qualifications:
- CTA, ADIT or similar preferred
