We're in search for an Software Engineering Director for a US company that's poised to set up shop on the River Foyle.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to leverage their technical knowhow and leadership skills into a senior dev manager role, you will work in co-ordinating/managing and leading a freshly minted development team developers.

The person-

The person we're searching for was once a developer (C#, C++ or Java) and can still code/review code. This passion for technology will be complimented by genuine leadership skills that will enable you to:

• Be hands on with the recruitment process, ensuring the best talent joins your teams.
• On top of recruiting, you'll also have the capacity (and a proven track-record) of mentoring and supporting your teams in their own professional/technical development.
• Define best practices (clean code, TDD, agile etc) and ensure they are being followed by your team.
• Conduct stand-ups, analysis and design workshops, strategic resource planning etc.

The salary-

If successful, the new Software Engineering Director will take home the package mentioned above, a fancy new job title and a base salary of between £60,000-£70,000 per year.
