Job Description
Visa's North America Value-Added Services team is looking for an early-career Associate to support GTM strategy, operations, analytics, and AI-enabled process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, organized, and excited to learn how data, automation, and clear storytelling can help commercial teams move faster and make better decisions.
The Associate will help build dashboards, prepare insights, document processes, support sales and marketing workflows, and create clear materials for leaders and cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on learning role with meaningful exposure to Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement.

- Help build dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports that support GTM planning and execution.
- Turn data into clear summaries and insights for sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Sales Operations, GTM, Product, and Enablement teams to understand business questions and support analysis.
AI, Automation & Workflow Enablement
- Use AI and automation tools to help improve reporting, content creation, summarization, and knowledge management.
- Support simple automations and workflows that reduce manual work and improve team efficiency.
- Help document recurring processes and identify opportunities to make them easier or faster.
- Experiment with new tools responsibly and share practical ways teams can apply them.
Post - Sales Intake, Handoffs & Time - to - Revenue Acceleration
- Help document post-sales intake, onboarding steps, ownership, and key handoffs.
- Support efforts to clarify "what happens next" after a deal closes.
- Track process gaps, bottlenecks, and manual steps that may slow activation or revenue realization.
- Help build simple tools, trackers, or guides that make it easier for sellers and teams to move work forward.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Enablement to support clear communication of process expectations.
B2B Marketing & Digital Sales Lead Process Management
- Support Marketing, Sales Operations, and Enablement in managing digital sales lead processes.
- Help document lead intake, routing, follow-up expectations, and seller workflows.
- Track lead flow, follow-up activity, and process gaps.
- Assist in creating simple reports and updates on lead activity and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve clarity, adoption, and efficiency across the lead process.
Storytelling & Executive Communication
- Translate data, updates, and complex topics into clear, easy-to-understand summaries.
- Help create slides, one-pagers, dashboards, and meeting materials for leaders and teams.
- Support the development of clear narratives around what is working, where there are gaps, and what actions are needed next.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
- Less than 6 months of relevant work experience with either Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating May 2026 - August 2027
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.
- Interest in using AI or automation tools to improve reporting, workflows, summarization, or knowledge sharing.
- Experience from internships, coursework, projects, or student organizations involving analytics, operations, strategy, marketing, sales, or technology.
- Ability to turn information into clear summaries, slides, or simple recommendations.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and learning from more experienced colleagues.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to identify ways to make work easier, faster, or clearer.
