Leverton Search is partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint an Associate within its Middle East client team in Abu Dhabi. The regional business is growing quickly, and our client is looking for a genuine grafter who wants to help build it.

Around 40% sales support and administration. The rest is spent following markets, generating leads and finding new ways to put the firm in front of clients, with real scope to shape the role as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Acting as the right hand to the regional leadership, keeping their diaries, travel and client meetings running smoothly.
2. Making sure colleagues travelling to the region are well briefed and that every client meeting is properly prepared for and followed up.
3. Producing client presentations and responding to client, consultant and due diligence requests.
4. Keeping the CRM up to date so the team has a clear view of activity and pipeline.
5. Tracking developments across Middle East markets and turning that knowledge into new leads.
6. Getting out into the market, building relationships and finding the events and introductions that raise the firm's profile.

About You

The successful candidate will have at least three years of professional experience and an entrepreneurial, business-building mindset. Our client values people who build meaningful relationships, take ownership of their work and are driven by results, along with a genuine intellectual curiosity and an interest in how technology can drive innovation.

There is no single route into this role, and asset management experience is not essential. You might be a qualified accountant looking to move into a commercial, client-facing career, or you may have completed a graduate rotational programme and be ready for a role you can make your own. What matters most is drive and the motivation to grow a business. Our client is open to candidates who would need to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
