Our TaxTechnology team is dynamic, fast-paced and mission driven. The role of the Senior Delivery Coordinator (AI, Automation & Digital Skills) is an internalnational Tax business-facing, high-visibility role where you will ensurethe teams priorities are translated into clear, coordinated, and well-executeddelivery across multiple workstreams. You will provide end-to-end deliveryvisibility, ensuring progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers are activelymanaged and resolved. Working closely with delivery owners and stakeholders,you will help maintain momentum, resolve issues, and ensure delivery ispredictable and transparent.

This is a hands-on delivery role in a small, fast-movingteam, combining delivery management, coordination, and active problem-solving.You will also support Agile delivery practices where relevant.

• Turning strategic priorities into clear, trackable, and well-executed delivery plans
• Maintaining real-time visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Actively removing delivery impediments and maintain momentum across workstreams
• Ensuring delivery accountability sits with owners while enabling them through strong coordination and support
• Providing high-quality insight that enables effective prioritisation and decision-making at Director level
