Abot the role

We're looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager to join or CFO Bsiness Office, reporting to the Head of Finance Architectre. In this role, yo'll lead Finance-led change initiatives. Yo will also manage Finance-related projects within larger enterprise-wide programmes. This helps deliver strategic bsiness objectives while ensring Finance reglatory, stattory, and control reqirements are met.

This is an exciting opportnity to work with senior collaborators across the organisation, driving complex projects starting at the initial phase and contining to sccessfl implementation.
What yo'll be doing

Leading Finance projects and Finance workstreams within wider bsiness transformation programmes from initiation throgh to delivery.

Defining project scope, secring resorces and establishing delivery plans that meet agreed timelines, bdgets and qality standards.

Managing and coordinating cross-fnctional project teams and sbject matter experts to achieve sccessfl otcomes.

Developing, maintaining and monitoring detailed project plans, ensring milestones and reslts are achieved.

Identifying, assessing and proactively managing project risks, isses and dependencies.

Coordinating ser acceptance testing activities, inclding the development of testing strategies and plans.

Managing project governance processes, inclding steering committees, working grops and stakeholder reporting.

Bilding positive relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider bsiness to drive collaboration and engagement.

Managing changes to project scope, schedles and costs throgh effective governance and control frameworks.

Prodcing clear project docmentation and providing reglar pdates to senior stakeholders.

The sccessfl candidate will act as the bridge between finance and programme teams, coordinating finance-related workstreams and ensring delivery of changes across reporting, treasry, and finance processes.

Yo'll be a highly organised and inflential Project Manager with experience of delivering change initiatives within financial services. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, yo'll have the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery while navigating a fast-paced and evolving environment. Yo'll bring strong leadership, commnication and problem-solving skills, alongside a solid nderstanding of Finance fnctions and processes.
Essential criteria

Experience delivering complex projects and bsiness change initiatives within a financial services environment.

Solid nderstanding of project delivery methodologies, project lifecycle management and governance frameworks.

Excellent collaborator management skills with capacity to inflence and engage senior leaders across mltiple bsiness areas.

Financial services or Finance fnction experience, inclding an nderstanding of reglatory, stattory and financial reporting processes.

Desirable criteria

Professional acconting qalification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or eqivalent).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, inclding Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Project.
