We're hiring an Investment Proposition Analyst to join the Investment Solutions team within our Adviser & Customer function.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in investment propositions, working at the heart of how Royal London develops, manages and delivers investment solutions for customers, advisers and employers.

You'll support a range of established investment proposition activities, helping to ensure key processes run smoothly and efficiently. This includes responding to stakeholder queries, producing regular reporting and materials, supporting fund governance activities and coordinating proposition changes through agreed processes.

The role offers broad exposure across investment propositions, governance, communications and proposition delivery, providing a strong foundation for future development within Investment Solutions. As your knowledge and experience grow, you'll have opportunities to become involved in wider strategic initiatives, proposition developments, process improvements and reporting enhancements across the team.

About the role

• Support the day-to-day management of the Investment Solutions mailbox, triaging and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders and ensuring requests are directed to the appropriate areas
• Produce and maintain regular investment proposition materials, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely and aligned to agreed standards
• Support the production and quality review of fund factsheets, performance reporting and other customer-facing investment materials
• Assist with the maintenance and delivery of investment performance reporting, including coordinating updates from external providers such as Lipper
• Support the implementation of Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) and Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) changes through established governance and operational processes
• Coordinate communications relating to investment proposition changes and corporate actions, working with stakeholders across the business to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in the production of management information and reporting to support team oversight and governance activities
• Maintain process documentation and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls and stakeholder experience
• Build relationships across Investment Solutions, Operations, RLAM, Distribution and other key stakeholders
• Support ad hoc proposition, governance and change activities as required

About you

• An interest in investments, pensions and financial services, with a desire to build a career within investment propositions
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with data and information, with the ability to identify issues and follow established processes
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience in financial services, pensions, investments or a related environment would be beneficial but is not essential
• Progress towards, or an interest in studying for, an investment qualification such as the IMC would be advantageous
