Job Summary

As a Strategy Analyst / Associate in the Strategy Group, you will work with senior stakeholders to define priorities, solve complex business problems and drive strategic initiatives. You will contribute to projects that influence growth, market expansion and business performance, while gaining exposure across multiple products and functions. We work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, focusing on impact, analytical rigor and continuous development.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, synthesize and analyze data to support strategic decision-making
• Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Prepare clear and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders
• Conduct industry and competitor research to generate actionable insights
• Identify key business issues and develop practical recommendations
• Support the delivery of end-to-end strategic projects across functions
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
• Lead discrete project workstreams and contribute to broader initiatives
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to deliver high-quality outcomes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Experience in management consulting or investment banking environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Experience working in cross-functional or team-based environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Exposure to strategic projects in financial services
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with market analysis, growth strategy or new product development
