About the Role
We're supporting a large-scale cyber transformation programme and are looking for a Business Analyst to support the transition of critical cyber and identity services into live operational environments.
Working across project, architecture and service teams, you'll help ensure new services are operationally ready, fully documented and successfully handed over into BAU support functions.

About the Role
We're supporting a large-scale cyber transformation programme and are looking for a Business Analyst to support the transition of critical cyber and identity services into live operational environments.
Working across project, architecture and service teams, you'll help ensure new services are operationally ready, fully documented and successfully handed over into BAU support functions.
Key Requirements
- Proven Business Analysis experience within cyber security or technology programmes.
- Experience supporting service transition, operational readiness or go-live activities.
- Strong documentation skills including runbooks, support models, RACI matrices and operational readiness reviews.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change and Problem Management.
- Experience working with technical, operational and third-party stakeholders.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
- Join a major cyber and identity transformation programme
- Work closely with senior cyber, architecture and service delivery teams
- Opportunity to drive critical go-live and operational readiness activities
- Exposure to complex enterprise environments and leading technology suppliers
