Leading wealth manager looking to appoint an experienced Employment Legal Director to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.

In this role you will advise on all aspects of contentious, non-contentious and corporate employment law work in the EMEA region.

Work will include employee relations such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation. You will also advise on regulatory projects (UK Employment Rights Act, EU Pay Transparency and FCA Conduct Rules).

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 8 years' PQE, ideally gained in-house at a leading Financial Services organisation (buy-side ideally) or global organisation. The ability to build relationships globally across all people-related matters in the business is key.
