What They're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
- 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/private equity transactions
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Commercial outlook with the ability to manage demanding workloads and tight timelines
- Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to client service
