On behalf of our client-a prominent, market-leading force within the consumer products sector-we are seeking a strategic
Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their UK marketing function. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns spanning brand management, product launches, digital, e-commerce, trade, and paid media. Working directly alongside senior leadership, you will combine high-level strategic vision with operational execution to elevate brand presence, expand market share, and deliver ambitious commercial targets.
Benefits
Salary: £52,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent position

Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop the UK marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
- Author and execute the overarching annual marketing strategy, campaign calendar, and commercial roadmaps aligned with wider business objectives.
- Oversee integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across brand, product lifecycle, e-commerce, digital, trade, paid media, PR, and social platforms.
- Direct key trade shows, seasonal activations, high-profile product launches, and strategic commercial initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and global marketing divisions to drive cohesive commercial success.
- Manage external agency partnerships, key vendor relationships, and total UK marketing budget allocation.
- Leverage market intelligence, consumer insights, and campaign analytics to evaluate ROI and continuously optimise future marketing performance.
- Present strategic campaign proposals, ROI evaluations, and executive recommendations to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous innovation across departmental workflows, campaign planning frameworks, and team operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years' progressive marketing experience, including 5-6 years operating successfully in a Marketing Management or Team Lead capacity.
- Essential background within the Consumer Goods (FMCG/Consumer Products) industry; experience in a fast-paced, seasonal sector is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and elevating a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end multi-channel campaigns across brand, product, digital, e-commerce, trade, and performance media.
- Strong commercial acumen with substantial experience managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agencies.
- Data-literate mindset with the ability to translate consumer insights and performance analytics into actionable strategy.
- Outstanding leadership, executive communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
- Accomplished strategic thinker who is equally energized by rolling up their sleeves to lead hands-on execution.
