This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced finance leader to help shape the financial direction of a dynamic, growth-oriented organization. Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic finance initiatives while partnering closely with senior leadership on key business decisions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP& A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

• Partner with the CFO and executive team on strategic financial decisions

• Drive advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance analytics

• Develop and enhance KPIs, executive reporting, and board-level financial presentations

• Support capital allocation, pricing strategy, and business case analysis

• Improve forecasting accuracy through systems, automation, and BI tools

• Lead and mentor a high-performing FP& A team

🔹 Ideal Background:

✔ 10+ years of progressive FP& A / strategic finance experience

✔ Current or recent industry experience within financial services, retail and or private equity

✔ Leadership experience within complex, high-growth environments

✔ Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

✔ Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

✔ Experience with planning systems such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or NetSuite preferred

✔ MBA and CPA, and or CFA is required
