Payroll & PIT Services Assistant
RSM Vietnam is looking for Payroll & PIT Services Assistant (Open for Fresh Graduate, under 1 year of experience)

- Working time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 17:30
- Expected onboard day: October 2026
Main Responsibilities:
Assist the team in delivering the assigned work to meet customer's expectations:
- Assist in completing monthly payroll calculation and other PIT/payroll-related tasks for clients
- Support in PIT calculation, PIT monthly report, PIT annual finalization for local & expatriate staff
- Prepare and obtain tax codes, Social Insurance ("SI") books, employee handbook, etc.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of reports presenting to clients
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Business or other related business majors.
- Good knowledge of Human Resources, Tax practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Well-organized to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks
- Show ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
