The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for an Accountant to join a growing organisation during a period of finance transformation and systems improvement. This role offers broad exposure across financial accounting, reporting, systems and process improvement, with strong long-term career potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support financial reporting, fixed assets and general ledger maintenance
- Provide support across finance systems and process improvements
- Investigate accounting issues and implement practical solutions
- Partner with Payroll and wider Finance teams
- Contribute to ongoing finance transformation initiatives
About You
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualified or nearing completion
- Financial accounting experience gained commercially or from Big 4/mid-tier Audit or Business Advisory
- Strong month-end and reconciliation experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused and commercially minded
- Workday experience highly regarded
