Missions

Performance financière & pilotage

• Piloter la performance globale du site (P&L, marges, coûts, cash et analyse bilancière)
• Construire et suivre budget et forecasts
• Analyser les écarts et piloter les plans d'actions
• Garantir la fiabilité du reporting Groupe
• Optimiser l'allocation des ressources (OPEX / CAPEX)

Conformité & contrôle interne

• Garantir le respect des règles internes et des procédures Groupe
• Déployer et piloter le dispositif de contrôle interne
• Assurer la conformité réglementaire, fiscale et financière
• Sécuriser les processus et la traçabilité des opérations
• Formaliser et améliorer en continu les procédures clés

Audit & gestion des risques

• Identifier, évaluer et prioriser les risques
• Piloter les audits internes et externes
• Suivre les recommandations et plans d'actions
• Réaliser des contrôles sur les processus sensibles
• Renforcer en continu la maîtrise des risques

Business partner du site

• Accompagner les opérationnels dans leurs décisions
• Apporter une lecture financière et risques
• Challenger les projets et investissements
• Contribuer à l'amélioration de la performance opérationnelle

Leadership & management

• Animer et développer l'équipe Finance
• Fixer les objectifs du service et piloter la performance
• Contribuer activement au comité de pilotage
• Participer à la stratégie du site
• Mettre en œuvre et déployer la démarche WCM

Culture de conformité & éthique

• Promouvoir une culture de rigueur et d'intégrité
• Sensibiliser les équipes transverses aux règles
• Être référent sur les sujets de conformité
• Renforcer les bonnes pratiques au sein du site

Profil recherché:

• Bac+5 Finance / Contrôle de gestion
• Expérience confirmée en environnement industriel
• Solide culture financière, contrôle interne et conformité
• Leadership, rigueur, capacité d'analyse et d'influence
• Anglais professionnel impératif
